Welcome to My Blog!

I’m thrilled to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey as a private yoga instructor. My name is Laura and since becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2018, I've had the privilege of guiding students through mindful movement and personal transformation.


Currently, I teach Yin and Vinyasa Flow, two unique styles that offer a wonderful balance. Yin invites us to slow down, hold postures, and deeply connect with our bodies and breath, while Vinyasa Flow brings a dynamic energy through sequences synchronized with breath, enhancing both strength and flexibility.


In December, I’ll be adding a new offering: classes specifically tailored for stretching and flexibility. These are perfect for anyone aiming to increase range of motion, reduce tension, or simply feel more at ease in their body.


All of my classes are private, so you can choose one-on-one sessions for highly personalized guidance or bring your own specific group to practice together. Private yoga ensures that each session is adapted to your needs, goals, and comfort level, creating a safe and focused environment where you can truly connect with your body.
